Rare bubbling bull tinplate toy in good condition , with rust on the edges of the base and a great display piece. It isn’t working, I have tried new batteries in it and there’s no life at all . Maybe it’s blown to many bubbles! This maybe an easy fix for someone but nonetheless it is being sold as non working.
The box is damaged, but still it is the original box.
