Scratch Built Live Steam Engine / Boiler

This is a beautiful live steam engine in good condition but I will say untested. I haven’t the means to test this for functionality so is being sold as non working. Some of the little screws which are attaching parts together have rust and may need taking off and cleaning or replacing. It has a date on it saying 1890 , I know this is probably NOT the date it was made but it’s possibly modelled off something from that period . Purely guessing this as some of the parts on it look more modern or around the 50’s but I’m not 100% on that . It stands at approximately 13.5 inches tall and the base is approximately 10 inches by 10 inches.
