Rare tinplate toy . There aren't many of these about ! Maybe it’s because like many Mobo toys , they never seem to work as efficiently as they are supposed to, or they didn’t sell many because the rowers look like evil clowns on a mission to catch you on your rented pedalo?? Who knows?
