Hand painted and hand built little gypsy cart . It is unusual and someone has spent a lot of time building it . One set of wheels turn and the other is rigid.
It has been left in as found condition meaning that I have lightly cleaned it but not wiped it over . There is a bit of damage in the form of someone at some stage has reglued a strut back on the wheels but with some horrible looking glue , it works it’s just ugly , I have taken a photo of this and I would say with delicate hands this should be better repaired
