Interesting retro pallet knife painting. I am not sure on the artist, I have shown a few people and they can’t work it out . The name on the back is apparently who owned it or the collection. I am by no means any sort of expert in this . The frame has light wear and tear and due to the style of the painting, it is hard to tell whether it’s damage or the style.
