Very unusual! What I can find out is that these are possibly a souvenir model that could have been purchased but more than likely a one-off that was possibly made by a family member.
He stands at approximately 8.5 inches tall, his head hands and feet are made from some sort of plaster or clay and painted, a plastic or tarpaulin rain coat and a cloth jumper. The jumper is faded .
